چکیده
The conversion of land functions can result in a decrease environmental quality, which reduce the diversity butterflies. This study aimed to determine level and find most abundant less butterfly species around campus 4 UAD. sampling was done at area, vacant land, rice fields housing sites. Each these sites had 2 plots consisted 5 subplots, respectively. Sampling carried out four times, morning 08.00 - 11.00 afternoon 15.00 17.00. Butterflies caught using sweep net. data were analyzed by inferential analysis, namely Pearson correlation test. calculation butterflies calculating importance value index, Shannon-Wiener Simpson dominance index. results showed that Shannon Wiener index UAD low (0.67). found Acraea violae, Aphrissa statira, Appias libythea, olferna, Catopsilia pyranthe, Scylla, Danaus Chrysippus, Elymnias hypermnestra, Junonia almana, atlites. C. pyranthe with 125 individuals whereas least A. libythea 1 individual. suggested ecosystem is disturbed category; causing instability exists, including

Can RNA-Seq Resolve the Rapid Radiation of Advanced Moths and Butterflies (Hexapoda: Lepidoptera: Apoditrysia)? An Exploratory Study
Recent molecular phylogenetic studies of the insect order Lepidoptera have robustly resolved family-level divergences within most superfamilies, and most divergences among the relatively species-poor early-arising superfamilies. In sharp contrast, relationships among the superfamilies of more advanced moths and butterflies that comprise the mega-diverse clade Apoditrysia (ca. 145,000 spp.) rema...
متن کاملCan Deliberately Incomplete Gene Sample Augmentation Improve a Phylogeny Estimate for the Advanced Moths and Butterflies (Hexapoda: Lepidoptera)?
This paper addresses the question of whether one can economically improve the robustness of a molecular phylogeny estimate by increasing gene sampling in only a subset of taxa, without having the analysis invalidated by artifacts arising from large blocks of missing data. Our case study stems from an ongoing effort to resolve poorly understood deeper relationships in the large clade Ditrysia ( ...
متن کاملA review of the occurrence and diversity of the sphragis in butterflies (Lepidoptera, Papilionoidea)
Males of many butterfly species secrete long-lasting mating plugs to prevent their mates from copulating with other males, thus ensuring their sperm will fertilize all future eggs laid. Certain species have further developed a greatly enlarged, often spectacular, externalized plug, termed a sphragis. This distinctive structure results from complex adaptations in both male and female genitalia a...

متن کاملspecies diversity and habitat preference of butterflies (insecta: lepidoptera) in inani reserve forest of cox’s bazar, bangladesh
butterflies of the inani reserve forest were studied between may 2014 and may 2015. one hundred twenty five species of butterflies belonging to 84 genera and six families (hesperiidae, papilionidae, pieridae, lycaenidae, riodinidae and nymphalidae) were recorded during this study. the highest number of species comprised family nymphalidae (38 species, 30.4%) followed by lycaenidae (35 species, ...
